Loved by my pup

We bought this for our lab puppy and have been using it for about 4 months. It has been a great enrichment toy for her. Very durable. I do wish it was easier to clean. Definitely buying another one when the time comes.

We love this quiz feeder, keeps our dog busy for a little bit

I was looking for a food dispenser toy as a boredom breaker for my working cocker spaniel and as a method of making him ‘work’ for his food to help manage his waistline! This one is great; a good size and really robust, and the weighting combined with the ability to vary the size of the dispensing hole means it’s just difficult enough without being too difficult. I put his kibble in it each evening, along with a few pieces of treats to make it even more interesting, and he spends a good half hour pushing it around till it’s empty. It really keeps his attention and he looks forward to it each day; he knows when it’s time and gets very excited waiting while I fill it! By the time it’s empty he’s ready for a sleep, so it definitely tires him out mentally and physically. Definitely well worth the money- if you’re looking for a food dispenser toy for any reason, I’d highly recommend trying this one.

Not for aggressive chewers

When I got this, my puppy was very interested in it. So, I didn’t put any treats in it, I just gave it to her. In less than 2 minutes, she had chewed the tip of the acorn off. Ok, no big deal, not sure why it was built that way, but we took the piece away, and let her continue playing with it. In about 10 minutes she had figured out how to pop the brown top off. She then started chewing the yellow piece. About 5 mins later, she had chewed a hunk off the yellow piece and that was the end of the toy.
So, could have probably delayed the destruction with some kibble in the toy, but I wouldn’t want to leave her alone with it as it does come apart.
For the record, we have an 8 month medium golden doodle who destroyed the toy.
